Delivery dates not guaranteed since we do not have control of the mail carrier; we can only provide estimated dates. Please order well ahead of time if you need an item by a certain date. We will not refund for delayed shipments or if a package is not received by the desired date.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please message us within 14 days of your order with a photo of the damage and we will gladly reship a new one.
